The uncapsulated liquid vit. e is easily measured through drops. However, I have ordered the capsulated vitamin e as you instructed. When I use 1/2 the enema instrument I have I am using the exact amount as an ear bulb in which you instructed others to use. I am entirely confused about how much distilled water is used. If only 1 1/2 tablespoon plus 4 vit e capsules are used then how is it emptied from the ear bulb. That just seems like such a small amount that most would be leaft over in residue adheared to the enema instrument and in the unemptied nooks and crannies. If need be please advise me as to whether or not I should pick up a baby enema. I will discontinue the v-8 and the oatmeal. However, can you please provide a link to the diet I must adhear to, I am having trouble finding it.
