Re: acne sufferer

Yes, there is a definite order to detoxing your body. It must go like this:

1. Colon/parasite

2. Dental cleanup (good but not absolutely necessry) The condition of your mouth can put stress on your liver

3. kidney cleanse (also not absolutely necessary but very good to do)

4. Liver flush

The colon is the most important to clean first as it is one of the main organs for eliminating waste, bacteria, yeast, toxins and hormones. If you try to clean other organs first then you will be in for a disaster. If you clean your liver before the colon then all the bad stuff that is released from your liver is going to go somewhere...if it can't go out your colon then it will go through your skin. There was someone who just recently posted here that did a Liver Flush without doing a colon/ parasite cleanse and now he is suffering from cysts all over his face that are big and painful.

There are more things that you will need to do to fix your Acne as well...diet is a huge part. You need to eat mostly raw fruits and veggies. One serving of fruit in the morning and then raw veggie for the rest of the day. You should do 75% raw and 25% cooked if you can't do comepletely raw. For the cooked part you should do brown rice with steamed veggies or I sometimes make a homemade lentil soup with lots of veggies. Oatmeal made with only water and raisins, seeds or nuts is good but in moderation. No refind Sugar or flour. No yeast. No dairy at all which includes: milk, cheese, eggs, butter, yogurt, sour cream etc.... These are full of hormones. No red meat. Chicken is good but only once in a while and make sure it is natural or organic chicken (no added hormones, Antibiotics , chemicals), fish is fine also as long as it is natural or organic. These should be in moderation as the organs have to work harder to break down meat which takes away from their ability to heal you. Nuts and seeds are great as are sprouts. juicing is wonderful also but make sure you have a juicer that can juice herbs, leaves and sprouts. Omega juicers are good. Wheatgrass juice is key for detoxing. You can get an organic wheatgrass powder at theherbgoddess.com.

Vitamins, minerals and supplements are very important too...you should take: Vitamin A, B, C and E, Lecithin, Selenium, Calcium, Zinc, EFA's (Omega 3,6,9), Primal Defense (great probiotic), Maca root powder (for balancing hormones), Oregano Oil, Olive leaf extract and coconut oil. These are all very important to help rebuild your body. Do not take a multivitamin as it will not have enough of each, take all individually.

Controling stess, exercising, sleep and meditation are all very important too.

I hope that some of this helps. Good luck!
