Re: Always one Cyst

You definitely want to try to do something about your stress level and sleep pattern. Sleeping 5 hours going out and then taking a nap is definitely not good. Your body needs a good 8 straight hours to help itself. Drinking Chamomile tea will help you to sleep if you want to try it. As for your stress I would say to try to get another job if your job is causing you a lot of stress and you hate it. Also mediatation and yoga/stretching can help a lot with stress. Exercise is good for stress too but I'm not sure about weightlifting...that may be more stressful for the body as it puts it under a lot of strain and pressure.

Here is my suggestion....and I know you are not going to like it and you are going to fight it all the way. Take a two month break from weightlifting, as I do not believe you can fix your Acne while you are still weightlifting, get a holistic book on how to cure your Acne and do a two month detox. Iceman suggested a book and I can recommend Acne No More (acnenomore.com). I know from reading the Acne No More book that it has a two month regimented detox program that takes you day by day and tells you exactly what to do to completely detox your body. I believe this is the only way you are going to get rid of your acne. Acne No More will give you loads of information on everything having to do with acne. It will tell you exactly what to do and it will explain everything in detail so you know why you are doing it and how it effects your body. It's a real eye-opener. Clean and restore your body...then incorporate weightlifting into your life again.

I know you are going to fight it. I did. Doing a detox is not easy and will change your life. I bought the book six months ago and have tried detoxing in every other way I can think then to have to go throught the two months and give up all the things I love. I did a 3 month colon/ parasite cleanse, which helped me immensely and was the only thing that did in the last 1 1/2 years. And I tried everything! I have done one Liver Flush and am doing another tomorrow. I did take a lot of advice from the book as far as vitamins/supplements, skin cleaning and altered my diet. I hoped that it would be enough but it wasn't. I am still breaking out, although not nearly as bad. I now know, as I knew when I first read the book and didn't want to face, that my body needs a complete detox, not a half-assed one like I was trying to do. I go on vacation next week and the day after I come back I will be starting a full detox and I know it will be hard but it will be worth it. Without a doubt. Since starting my half-assed detox I have had many improvements in my body alone...My skin is much better and heals much better, I feel less fatigued, my nails are stronger, my hair has regained body that it lost many years ago and I feel a better sense of well-being. I can't wait to see what a full detox does for me.

I hope that you will consider this path although it is not one you want to go on. Whatever you decide to do I wish you the best of luck.
