The guy who wrote the book actually takes liquid lecithin and takes 1 tbsp a day. I take one pill and got mine from walmart...it was probably whatever the common dosage is that they have. I can't remember off-hand how much it is. To be honest I may or may not be even taking enough. I would go and either get the liquid one or get pills from the drug store and start with one pill and see what happens. You can always take more. 1 tbsp is a lot of liquid and I'm sure that you would have to take a couple pills to supplement so you can see what works for you.
