The simplest, cheapest things that have worked for me is vitamin E 400IU to combat the polyoil rancidity in pretty much all prepared or cooked food, and calcium 1000mg with magnesium 400mg everyday to improve the alkalinity of the body. My skin improved within days, and was clear within 2 weeks. Pretty much all breakouts since can be tied to something I ate, but most have been pretty minor all the same.
