Don't do it. I tried this 10 years ago and regret it. I dried out my skin and mucous membranes and guess what, after 1 month, my Acne came back and worse than ever. I was out about $400. What a waste. I still struggle with it every day. I have now turned to alternatives such as Colon Cleanses and now the liver flush. After reading somers post about how the flushes got rid of her Acne is an inspiration. I am doing a second flush this weekend. Good luck.
