My diet consists of distilled water only with a teaspoon full of berry greens once a day and peppermint tea; soilds include steamed potatoes,broccli,cauliflower,carrots,yellow,purple turnip,quash,parsnips,mushrooms,onions,chicken breast,salmon,sole,cod,ground turkey breast,tapioca,egg whites, and yogurt that I have recently removed to cut out dairy. The vitiam "E" that believe I finnaly got the right stuff the contains 400 iu vitaim E and mixed tocopherois I purchased it at a health food store and requested it not contain dl-alpha tocopheryl acetate and that it be all natural. I am following the diet as closly as possible and tonight will reach 10 capsules. I find breakfast the hardest to find do you have any suggestions? Is any bread allowed and if so which type? I been thinking of juiceing some of my veggies will this be OK?
I am really torn between the natural and conventional methods of healing but your method is very simple and takes me back to square one which is what I believe I need right now. My GI explains diet has very little to do with the disease but says rather some people may be sensitive to some types of foods.
