I have found that adding fiber and water and probiotics (specifically Bio K Plus) to my diet always helps clear my skin up. I like organic flax seeds the best for fiber... I buy in bulk at the local health food store and grind (in a coffee grinder) or you can buy already ground in the vitamin section of most health food stores. When I combine it with Bentonite it works even better.
Mix 1 Tablespoon of liquid Bentonite and 1 tablespoon of ground flax with 8-10oz of water or diluted juice, shake and drink immediately. Follow this with another 8-10oz glass of water. Flax and Bentonite shakes should be taken at least one hour before or after taking any supplements, herbs, medications, etc.
*The shakes MUST be taken on an empty stomach....at least one hour away from food on either side. First thing in the morning, last thing at night are easy.
Start with one shake a day and gradually increase as the body adjusts to the additional fiber. Continue taking the shakes for up to 6 months. Cleanses should be followed with the use of a good-quality probiotic to replace beneficial bacteria (I like Bio-K Plus)
If constipation should occur while doing this cleanse increase daily water intake or cut back on the shakes or stop the cleanse until the bowels are moving regularly again.
Drinking Organic Apple Cider Vinegar also helps. Good luck!
