Thanks! I am not giving up, there really is no other alternative. Just get down sometimes. I will NOT eat that SCD bread. I think since it was made from cashews - it irritated the rectum some how. There were these fine granules like coffee grounds in the stool- and after reading how it is made - it makes sense. My own fault.
Silly question - is potato ok? Is that a veggie? Not a fruit. But I was concerned about the starch content.
Weight has sorta leveled off, still lost a little. Trying to eat more but the diet is limited. Only so much chicken and veggies I can eat in a day !:-)
