Help....white patch on chin won't clear up

Hello,

I'm new to this forum. I would like to know if anyone out there has ever had problems with getting white, raised patches on their skin? I got a couple of them on my chin...they are slightly raised, with size ~ half an inch. I've got them on for years and years now and they won't clear up no matter what i do .... Antibiotics , topical treatments, peels etc. I keep getting Acne on my chin too. This is really depressing and I don't know what is wrong with me. The rest of my face is clear and i only get them on my chin but they are really depressing cause they won't go away at all.

Can anyone out there help? Does anyone know if acne/ white patches on the skin is tied to hormal imbalances/ weak organs etc?
