Since I only go 1 time a day and I am doing 2 enemas a day + the vit E it is hard to say whether it is mucus or enema material? The stool has improved and the blood has been reduced definately. I am pleased with the results so far.
I am willing to make this work. So stay away from bread? I don't overdue the tapioca.
For breakfast - egg whites, with cooked broccoli and onion in olive oil. And I had 2 peices of cashew bread from the SCD web site. Lunch grilled chicken cutlet with broccoli and carrotts. Dinner chicken cutlet cooked with some olive oil and veggies. PERHAPS some tapioca for desert. and water only.
