Re: Feed your Pet Raw Food And See Your Vet Bills Drop!

I have recently started feeding my dogs raw. I started with our Dillon and started feeding him about 16 oz of raw venison with flax meal and salfower oil. He really loves it. I am starting to feed my Kelty this week and since as she wouln't eat the venison I am starting her on chicken necks which I ground up. She seems to like them and is at least not throwing them up. My question is how much (approximately) in calories should I be feeding my dogs. Dillon is about 65 lbs and Kelty is about 75 - 80 lbs and could lose a little wt (maybe 5 lbs). I have read only one book , K-9 Kitchen by Monica Segal and she gives a lot of suggestions for smaller dogs but not the size of mine.
Thank you,
