I've found that being vegetarian for atleast 4 days out of the week is a great way to get what you need in the proper amounts. Most people eat WAY TOO MUCH protein. Too much leads to congested lymph, and if you break out on your jaw, cheeks, or neck, that is probably the culprit. Not to mention, you should always be trying to get organic free range meat, eggs, poultry, and wild caught fish. One serving should be no bigger than a deck of cards. There are much better ways to get protein in the diet from veggies. Your diet should mostly be from vegetable sources, and a little bit of animal protein once in a while. You'll bulk up better by eating sweet potatoes, whole grains cereals, rice, beans, squash, avocados... the list goes on. Good oils are olive, virgin coconut, fish oil, and flax (ground flax is best).
If you have low levels of HCL try taking a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar (Braggs kind) or lemon juice before you meals. Low levels of HCL will definately cause acne.
