Area around the mouth linked to sexual organs?

My friend told me that if you have problems with your sexual organs. you often get spots around the mouth-area. I have this and spots nowhere else. They are "underground" spots, quite big and last for ages. They also leaave a red/blue mark when gone and it takes months for them to clear up completely. Any ideas? Tweet
