I can't emphasis too strongly the importance of the beginning diet.A basic first formed stool diet is used to judge other foods tried one at a time.If your diet is correct, you should see results within a week.If your diet is incorrect,you will continue to have unformed stools.You have the diet list, use it to eat the correct vegetables.Eat enough correct vegetable fiber to form your stool.Every vegetable has a different proportion of soluble and insoluble fiber and since your colon is in a very irritated condition some vegetables will provide a better result.One wrong food
could have an opposite effect irritating the colon wall and delay healing.They are all good foods you are eating, you can try later one at a time.
Brown rice, twice a day. Not white rice(no fiber)

Cold water fish for the Omega 3 it supplies.Salmon is best
