hi i started a diet to eliminate the Acne like three months ago but i realized im losing weight and im a little worried
im not consuming milk bread or any thing made of white flour, no white Sugar no coffe just chicken meat and integral rice every day
apples, strawberries and other fruits
a lot of water or soya in powder with water
what else can i eat to gain weight and not lose it again?????
please something that noyt make my Acne worst
