Re: Skin problems

You may have Seborrheic Dermatitis . I became concerned because a young man that was in grad school with me had skin cancer. I initially thought that he was a burn victim. When I talked to him about his condition, he told me that it started out with alot of flaking and he would have powder on his clothes and shoes from the flaking. I have a similar flaking, but it is around my nose and over my lips and really bad in my scalp. The area on my face is actually lighter (I am a light brown complexion). I am constantly brushing these powder like flakes off of my clothes. It used to be worse but I used a homeopathic Psoriasis shampoo and cream for it and it helped.

I think I may visit the dermatologist to at least confirm what it is.
