I'm back with an update.
Monday- Day 4- Salt-Water-Flush in AM.
had 1 p&B shake in the afternoon.
(wanted to start out slooooooowly)
Yesterday Day 5
felt great- leg cramps subsided-
did not do the Salt-Water-Flush as I had a BM in the middle of the night-
Had 3 p & b shakes over the course of the day-( am, lunch,before bed)
Lots of water, lemonade, warm lemonade-
lax tea at night.
Today- Day 6
p & b shake- first thing-
mint tea en route to market
woo-hoo!(so weird that I've eaten nothing in days, except the lemonade, and yet.... there were the ropes)
I highly recommend getting out to your friendly, neighborhood health food store- and get some Bentonite and psyllium husk.
