I woke up this morning feeling GREAT. The pains I've had (Days 2-4) in my legs and lower back were gone and I had tons of energy. I noticed last night the the aching increased when I laid down. Is that weird?
I had one shake yesterday and the lax tea at bedtime- and I actually woke with some stomach cramping and had to "go boomies" (friend of mine's saying)at 3:30am. No rope, just awfully stinky. worst since I can't even remember.
I've had two shakes today, one at 7am, and on at 2pm. Planning on having another before bed-
Is there a better time to take the shake, if I am having the tea at night. Before or after?
I have been drinking warm lemon/water - little bit of the syrup. Is that ok for hydration with the shakes??
