As with anything people have good and bad experiences with the B&P's. Some people clog up really fast. So be sure to keep that warm water flowing (stay reeally hydrated) and don't go up to 5 a day right away. (I stayed at 3 to 4) Also - if you haven't had a BM in two days feel free to do the SWF...because you gotta keep the stuff moving out of you.
With the b&p's it totally varies - some people start seeing results on Day3 or Day4 (like my boyfriend - he got out a rope along with his 1974 penny on Day4)...and with some people it takes months. So, let's hope you're one of the lucky ones!
