Based on what I've read, it seems like it could be a good thing. I am very healthy and quite athletic. I eat well and exercise regually- but physically, I feel like I have plateaued. I do occassionally suffer from bloat &/or constipation, and I'm not quite sure if it is because of the food I am eating/combining- or if it has to do with a blockage within my own system.
I figure I'll give the shakes a whirl- (Just had my first one and gagged before I finished it)
I'll agree with you on the "yuck factor", but personally, I'd rather it(ropes) come out of me- than stay INSIDE me...

Now I'm thinking about the parasite cleanse.... have you seen the photos. Can you say, "ew, gross"?
