I need to loose 40lbs. Ive tried everything. aerobics. the treadmill, taebo, weights. 'eating clean' - chicken breast only, protein shakes, fruits and veggies. atkins, carbo addicts diet, south beach, you name it.
If I was not strong I would be dead from this frustration.
the fat is only in my belly and top of thighs. my arms, breasts, from my knee onward to my toes and face is thin.
