I'm 140lbs and I really want to reach my goal weight of 119lbs by 3rd July because I'm going on holiday- so that gives me 5 weeks to lose 21lbs. I know it's not much time, but I really want to try because I've been so depressed about how much weight I've put on. I feel like my eating has been really out of control since last October and it's so hard to get motivated when you feel so low about yourself, but I have to keep remembering that I want to change things and this is something that only I can do own my own - nobody else can do it for me.
I'd appreciate to hear from anyone else who wants to keep each other motivated?
