You got me excited to start flushing again. I do know the great benefits of this procedure and let a minor healing crisis after my second flush scare me, but it was all my fault. I should have made sure my bowel was unclogged before and after the flush so no stone get stuck in there and recirculate like they did. I am prepared now with my very own colonic board I made and it is soooo cool. I have been on psyllium and a herbal bowel- parasite cleanse.I plan to get the Bentonite clay soon too.
I wish you a great flush and keep us posted on your experience and how many of those buggers you get out.
