Missed you so. Haven't posted in a while, life's just been so busy. After my last flush I decided I wasn't going to do a full blown flush again for a while. Like Amazed's husband, it takes me a week to recover and I don't necessarily feel all that better in the liver region after a full flush. But, I have come up with a little protocol that I can do almost every day if I need to and I get great results very quickly. It seems, for me, to be much more effective in cleaning out my liver/gb.
Usually after work, I take a tablespoon of Epsom Salts in some warm pear juice. I wait until the fullness in my liver starts to ease or about 15-20 minutes if I already feel OK. Then I eat some kind of healthy fat: macadamia nuts or avocados usually. I wait until I hear gurgling near my gb and then I get on my rebounder and jump as long and as hard and as high as I can. Sometimes I even do a couple of sets of jumping. I can't do more than about 5 minutes at a time like that.
The next day my poop is almost black. It's amazing. I suspect that what stagnant bile looks like. And if I've been in the middle of a gb attack, I feel 100% after a couple of days of doing this.
I've only done this when I'm not feeling well, but I plan to do this regularly for a couple of months. Maybe I can clear more stuff out that way. I also do castor oil packs and take Gold Coin Grass and Coptis. Just thought I'd share. Hope you are all doing well.
