No I don't drink any diet sodas or anything with artifical sweeteners in them. I do not like them and I believe that they are very unhealthy. I do lift weights during the week, but I use lighter weights and higher reps. I already have plenty of muscle mass, so I am not interested in building what I have. I walk at least an hour a day. During my lunch hour and also running errands during office hours. This is in addition to the other exercise I get during my spare time and weekends.
