I came across something interesting .....i am a slender woman but not lean.... 5ft 7 inches 126 pds but 28% body fat so almost a 1/3 of me is fat...i have racked my brain to figure out how the heck to reduce the fat?? i have done alot of things including the master cleanse,...currently i am zapping ...and doing bowel cleanses along with EFT ...but i found something called

he mentioned to do slow aerobic such as walking ....and such just moving around...by doing strenous aerobic activity you are burning glycogen and losing lean body mass and not much fat if any...we burn fat by doing every day activities so this makes sense also a reduced calorie diet on these days.. no lifting weights and building muscles on fat burning days .... now on days ur lifting weights..u want to up your calories a few hundred more for the day to build the muscle..no aerobics....well thats all i know i am dying to get the book...but while i am waiting i will at least try this out... i hope this helps ya
and remember no diet food..diet food makes u fat....diet soda etc etc....
