I find generally when people get angry they either hurt others, displacement eg. go home and kick the dog or bite the wife`s head off, or hurt themselves, eg. through addictive behavior.
The bigger questions are what makes you angry? and where does this come from?
Most problems to do with anger come from childhood, did mum or dad go quiet when they got angry? As children we can learn to surpress emotions from emotionally surpressed parents.
Are you actually recreating a `family enviroment` you know quite well?
Saving up the anger to pounce at any moment is a power tool, you are preparing to move from victim status to that of pursecuter, so leaving the anger behind can mean leaving behind the drama and status that goes with it
If you want to change this then think about the answers.
