I just feel like I need more sleep than 8 hours. When I sleep 8 hours or less I dont feel good all day, I'm like half-asleep for the 1st part of the day then, I can hardly keep my eyes open and all I can think about is going to sleep. Like I said I have a problem with my neck, sometime it takes me several hours to simply find a comfortable position to fall asleep and during this time I keep changing the position of my neck just by a little bit but every 3 seconds or so. But does anyone know if this affects weight loss? If I sleep 10 hours a day instead of 8 just how bad is that?
