Thank you for your feedback. I just have few more questions. Do you know if oversleeping can complicate weight loss and if so, how bad? My boyfriend says that even if I eat less than I burn it wont help if I sleep more than 8 hours a day. I have real problem with that. I believe that I dont get good quality sleep and because of that I have to sleep more (my ballet teacher screwed up my neck when I was little and it affects my sleep.) I also read somewhere that when you start to eat less to lose weight your body thinks you are starving so it slows down your metabolism instead. Is there any truth in that?
The problem is that I am currently traveling around Asia so its kind of hard for me to excersise. Sometime I am on the road all day. I cant go to to the gym. Swimming is one thing I can do more or less regularly.
Anyways the other thing I wanted to know is if drinking a lot of water helps to lose weight? I heard drinking enough water every day is very crucial, that metabolism, digestion and many other things depend on it. Is that true? Thanks.
