2 cents, hope it makes sense....
Yea, it IS tough for your husband.
but it isn't real great for you either, is it?
I don't have the mania, just suffered the depressions, and for years I worried about everyone else BUT me.....and you know what, the key may just be.....
taking care of yourself. If I (i'd bold it but don't know how) get better, heal, balance, stay well, then they are all better off, and if I disapate energy worrying about them, hey, I don't have enough energy. I may have done them a disservice taking care of everyone else first....in fact, I did. It doesn't LOOK like it, but it was, in the long run.
Listen to Southern Belles advice about the liver flush. And listen, yes, assuming you choose a good man, he msy 'deserve' more; BUT HEY, YOU DESERVE MORE. Learn what you can to heal, and give yourself what WE all deserve. A happy, joy filled life...not free of trials and struggles, but full of beautiful things too!
That would be the best present you (or I'm speaking to myself) could give your family--a well, healed, whole you. Maybe not all at once, but work towards that. May God bless you in your efforts. God bless us everyone, as Tiny Tim said.
peace and joy,
