Thanks for the feedback. I actually heard about this on TV in Russia (where I was born). But then somebody in a different country told me the similar thing. Thats why I was wondering about this. It appears though that most people walk to lose weight. Do you know if you have an opportunity to swim would that be a better choice? I used to weigh about 120 lbs and now Im about 140. I really want to get back to my normal size before the new year. All my life I was skinny and I never had to watch what I ate but once I gained those extra pounds I could never lose them. I cant believe losing weight is so hard. Sometimes it feels like I'm never going to go back to my original size.
