I also want to thank you for the information and inspiration. I have some problems reading the tabs of GI an d GL, am I stupid? there are lists of products of apparently the same thing but completely different values...
I have this question for you: I like eating cerals other than wheat: rice, oats, spelt and rye (our danish rugbrøt) mainly. About rice you already said. Do you know, regarding the others, if their GI and GL are ok or not?
