I understand your reasoning, but, in The Garden of Eden, Adam and Eve (the EARTHLY ancestors of the human race) ate of the Tree of the KNOWLEDGE of good and evil ("Conscience", in fact, the Living Bible even says the TREE OF CONSCIENCE). It is at that point that Adam and Eve AND all of their offspring were endowed with the KNOWLEDGE of good and evil. Adam and Eve ate from the wrong tree and messed things up for all of their ancestors. Until "the day of restoration" (right now, I don't remember the verse), with Christ, we can eat of the TREE OF LIFE". Tweet
