Okay.... had to share with everybody this concoction I just made up yesterday. It's pretty good and healthy.
I take two slices of toasted Ezekeil Bread and spread the first layer with roasted organic almond butter. Second layer I spread organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil (I take about a teaspoon or so as it comes out chunky but will melt with the heat from the toasted bread) and the last layer spread some REALLY RAW HONEY (that is the brand name). YEEEEE---- UMMMMM!!!... satisfies the sweet tooth and getting some good nutrients too. Oh yeah... washed it down with a glass of almond milk and black strap molasses.
