As to sugestions on how to take it,
I put a loaded table spoon in my porridge in the morning, just after i turn off the stove, and as a bonus the porridge doesnt stick to the pan :).
If im having a sandwhich straight after i make it, i melt a bit of the oil and drip it into the bread. (the breads i use are yeast free so they are not soft otherwise it might be a bit soggy)
I make these balls as a snack they usually have amaranth, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, carob, honey, Sea Salt , almond meal, wallnuts, psylium, desicated coconut and coconut oil. (I could never get it quite right until i tried cocnut oil)
Aside from that i use it in all my cooking, frying etc.. does this reduce its effectiveness? and to what level? I figure its a fairly stable oil so cooking with it might not affect it too much?
