I happen to trust Tropical Traditions more because they seem like an honest company and have been around longer. They have much more information on their website than anybody else. Has this John W Roulac actually been to the Philippines to verify these claims?? How can the oil not see temperatures above 104 degrees when the air temperature over there is already close to that? I think this whole issue of heat is way over emphasized. What are the benefits to less heat in coconut oil? Are there some laboratory tests somewhere showing that less heat has some advantage? This sounds like a typical mass-produced coconut oil that is common in the Philippines, whereas nobody is uing the traditional method large scale that directly benefits the farmers besides Tropical Traditions. That is probably why the price is so cheap with these other brands.
