My kitchen stays warm enough that
the coconut oil stays in liquid
form. I just take a tablespoon-sized
swig from the jar it's in. So I
haven't had to eat a spoonful of
"vaseline." But if that was the only
option, I'd do it.

TT just came out with a new product
that's delicious! It's Coconut
Creme, made only from pure coconut.
There are no additives. It tastes
like a very good dessert. I treat
myself to a spoonful every day.
They charge about $16.00 for a
32 oz jar, which lasts a long time
if you eat just a spoonful each day.
I'm just about to order my second
jar.
