I wet my hands first, then dip my fingertips in the oil and rub my hands together a little before putting it on my skin. That way I'm using less oil and it goes on smoother and kind of "dries." Maybe you're just using too much? Then too, maybe your climate makes a difference. I live in S Florida and I won't put on oil if I'm going outside, it feels greasy and sweaty to me no matter how little I apply. Well, unless I'm going out to sunbathe!
