Check out this organic extra-virgin coconut oil. It costs wayyyy less than tropical traditions (46.60 a gallon) and I believe its a much better product.
I was at a raw food seminar recently, and they really do a great deal of research before using any product. We used this oil for all our classes and it was used in every meal we ate. Heavenly !
