Two days ago, I have ordered this book. I am so exciting to read this and use this. It should come in a week from now. My nutritent philisophy is pretty much similiar to this. Hmm, I want to make more fermented/cultured foods to receive probiotics.
I have already made kefir for a week. I enjoyed it much. Also made cutlured vegetables that I used receipt from body ecology diet.
I am curious, how much do you drink kefir daily? Me one cup a day. Maybe later, I will increase up to two cups. I use kefir with EFAs to maximize the EFA absorption.
