Length of Subsequent Kidney Cleanses

Dear Andreas,

I'll be doing my 5th liver cleanse with the new moon later this month. In the meantime, I'm doing another kidney clease using the herbal formula from your book. I did a 21-day kidney cleanse prior to my first liver cleanse as you suggest and am trying to do them every 2-3 liver cleanses.

My question is, how long should I do these subsequent kidney cleanses? 5 days, 7 days, the full 21 days? I'm not sure what to look for so I'm not confident that I'll know when I'm ready to stop.
