Hello!
I am using Alpha freeze dried kefir granules. How do I make kefir. Is it ok to put grains in fridge when not using. I put the grains in 4 cups raw sheep milk and leave for about 24 hours untill thick then strain. Then put grains in 1 cup milk and store in fridge. When I need a new batch I start all over. My grains stay dark yellow are very small and are not multiplying. Please help!
