I can help you with the liver/gallbladder cleanse since they are one and the same.
The night before, mix 4 Tablespoons
Epsom Salt with 3 cups of either water or fresh grapefruit juice. Take one dose (about 3/4 cup)around 6 pm and another dose at 8 pm. You will take the remainder the next morning. (Now, get ready for the taste--it's BAD!) A little before 10 pm mix 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil with 3/4 cup grapefruit juice. (Personally, I add a lemon, too to help the taste) Drink this stuff and go to bed. You may be up during the night since this is your first time, so expect that. Then at 6 am, take another dose of
Epsom Salt and another dose at 8 am. You will feel washed out early, but as the day progresses, you will feel SO great. Eat when you feel like it. Oh, and the day you take the Epsom Salt, eat stuff like oatmeal and a baked potato. Do not eat or drink anything after 2 that afternoon. Don't worry---You will NOT be hungry.
