You'll get nothing but support from me. My doc tried to get me to take hormones a full three years before I became symptomatic of menopause or showed any lab results consistant with perimenopause, and she regularly tries to convince me I *must* eat meat and eggs. If I have leaky gut, as I now suspect, those foods will not help me heal, nor will they help with the menopause symptoms. I'm symptom free on a vegan diet, my body loves those veggies. Maybe it's time for a new doc.
