One week between flushes shouldn't be a problem but once a day would.
Your body really needs a rest after flushing because it really does a
number on your system. That is the reason for the two week break.
Some people can recover faster by replacing important minerals,
enzymes, etc. but I would think you would be better to at least wait
one week between flushes.
10 is not the magic number also. You may not need more than 5 or you
may need a lifetime of flushing. I can feel by your recent posts that
you are mainly concerned about stopping the pain. I was the same way.
You have to either be in for the long haul or you need to try other
methods as well. First you need to find out exactly what you are
battling against to correct the problem of pain.
