Anyway, I finally bought a zapper and I set it to the standard 30Khz
and I zapped as per instructions 7 - 20 - 7 - 20 - 7 (who's instructions? http://www.drclarknet ? http://www.frequencyresearch.org ? etc. ??? Latest research shows different times for different research, intent, and expiramentation)
Now the big question is how often should I do this? (what's your intention, what are you trying to achieve with zapping?)
This is my first day of owning it, and my first zapping.
I don't have any real disorders except for anxiety which I feel I have mostly overcome naturally. (Have you tried Kava Kava with Lecithin - it just may be fun, but don't drink and drive, on one island, it's illegal )
It felt kinda strange while I did it, little tingly all over my body. (Hand holds with salt water wet napkins) (this is normal, could be psychological, could be your body detoxing, could also be parasites dying off and the effects of that, and furthermore could be viruses, fungi, etc. popping out of the worms dying off and swimming around in your system).
