Bugs on the outside?

I need help. I have a daycare and one of my little guys had lice and you guessed it, I now have lice. Does the zapper kill bugs on the outside of body or just the pesky ones on the inside? I have a zapper and just thought it might help. I would rather go natural before buying the medication for lice. Tweet
