As I said before, I think getting people in mass to understand that half their problems are parasite infestations is the biggest hurdle. Gettting them to go against their docs advice is the second. Medical people may be admitting that parasites may be a problem, but the way standard medicine approaches parasitic problems is to test the stool in labs that do a very inadequate job of findiing the buggers. When the results come back negative they pronounce all is well. Currently there are very few labs that can do accurate tests for parasites and traditional docs don't usually use these sophisticated labs.
In my opinion, the easiest way to get people some parasitic relief would be to give them strong herbal solutions orally. This would be easier than getting them to apply a little gadget everyday, which will seem strange to them as well as the docs. It must be remembered that Hulda Clark e, one of the strongest proponents of parasite cleanses, is not having to practice in Mexico for nothing. Simply stated, we can not underscore the power of the status quo.
