Testing is REALLY important!

I am here!! :D It would be interesting to know which Zappers have tested unstable. I was not aware that many of the manufactorers do not test their Zappers before they send them! That really ought to be a must, otherwise who knows what you are getting? I think any one who can't get their own Osc. can take their Zapper down to Radio Shack or their local highschool to get it tested. It's definitely a good idea, especially if you don't know that it has been tested before. I know that Zapperplans double tests every Zapper they make, so I just assumed they all do (I've never tried any others). That's crazy!! It's really good to remind all that the Zapper is not a proven safe medical device. If you are going to try one, it better at least have good circuitry!
